This event is jointly organized by three international research networks studying resource extraction around the world: MinErAL, REXSAC and AMEDEE
Mining the Connections is an international and multidisciplinary conference gathering academic researchers, students as well as government representatives, Indigenous and non-Indigenous community members, NGOs and mining companies to discuss mining developments and its impacts.

Agreement between the AMEDEE and the MinErAL networks
Confirming that the members of the AMEDEE and MinErAL* networks recognize and adhere to the respective objectives of the two networks:
The AMEDEE network and the MinErAL Network signed an agreement to:
- -contribute intellectually to their respective work and share their expertise within the two networks.
- -share and disseminate the results of the partner network within their respective networks.
